Биологические особенности потомков хряков разной селекции

Abstract

Исследованы биологические особенности потомков хряков разной селекции в условиях АО «Свинокомплекс„Уральский“». Для проведения научно-производственного опыта были сформированы две группы свиноматок-ана-логов (по 55 голов в каждой), полученных в результате двухпородного скрещивания (1/2 крупная белая × 1/2 лан-драс). Свиноматки контрольной группы осеменялись спермой хряков породы дюрок, а матки опытной группы -спермой хряков синтетической линии PIC-337. В результате проведенного сравнительного анализа установлено, чтонаиболее высокой оплодотворяемостью, многоплодием, крупноплодностью отличались свиноматки, осемененныеспермой хряков линии PIC-337. У потомков хряков линии PIC-337 в подсосный период была более высокая живаямасса (7,2 кг в контроле, 7,6 кг в опытной группе) и сохранность (89,8 % против 93,1 %). Превосходство по живоймассе и интенсивности роста потомков хряков линии PIC-337 в период доращивания над аналогами, полученнымиот хряков породы дюрок, обусловило и наибольшую выраженность их откормочных и мясных качеств на заключи-тельной стадии откорма. Среднесуточный прирост составил в контрольной группе 933 г, в опытной 981 г; средняяживая масса поросят в конце откорма равнялась 126,6 кг против 120,0 кг в контроле. В опытной группе выход мясана кости превысил контрольное значение на 2,0 % (76 % в контрольной группе), при этом толщина шпика быламеньше на 2 мм (25 мм против 27 мм). В итоге улучшение зоотехнических показателей потомков линии PIC-337 обе-спечило возрастание экономического эффекта их выращивания.

Different breeding boars offsprings biological features are investigated in conditions of AO “Svinokompleks «Uralsky»”.Two groups of sows analogues (55 goals each) resulting from the two-breed crosses (1/2 Large White × Landrace 1/2) wereformed to perform research and production experience. The sows in control group were inseminated with sperm of boars Duroc,and the sows of experimental group were inseminated with sperm of synthetic line PIC-337 boars. As a result of comparativeanalysis revealed that highest fertility, multiple pregnancy, large-fruited different sows inseminated with sperm of boars linesPIC-337. The PIC-337 line boars offsprings in the suckling period had a higher body weight (7.2 kg in the control, 7.6 kg inthe experimental group) and safety (89.8 % vs. 93.1 %). Excellence in live weight and growth intensity of PIC-337 lines boarsoffsprings during the rearing of analogues derived from the Duroc boars, and resulted in the highest expression of their feedingand meat quality in the final fattening stage. Average growth amounted 933 g in control group, in experimental 981 g, averagelive weight of pigs at the end of fattening amounted to 126.6 kg vs. 120.0 kg in the control group. In the test group meat yield onbone exceeded the reference value of 2.0 %, 76 % in the control group, the thickness of the lard was reduced by 2 mm, 25 mmvs 27 mm. As a result the improvement of zootechnical values PIC-337 line offsprings provided increase in economic impactof their cultivation.
