Процессный подход: от понятийного аппарата к реализации на практике

Abstract

This article discusses the nature of the process approach, and various tools for its implementation. More and more Russian companies are aware of the need to transfer control to the process approach, part of the global concept of TQM Total Quality management. However, many entrepreneurs have only a general idea about it. Therefore, the author analyzed the basic concepts, methodology, and, in general, the essence of the approach. The examples of business process automation for this methodology in a comparative analysis. The article will be of interest to managers of all types, students of economic universities and just people interested in the latest trends in business.

В статье рассматривается сущность процессного подхода и различные инструменты его реализации. Все больше российских компаний осознают необходимость перехода управления на процессный подход, часть Глобальной концепции TQM Total Quality management. Однако многие предприниматели имеют только общее представление о нём. Поэтому автором были проанализированы основные понятия, методология и, в целом, сущность подхода. Представлены примеры автоматизации бизнес-процессов по данной методологии в сравнительном анализе. Данная статья будет интересна управленцам всех категорий, студентам экономических ВУЗов и просто людям интересующимся последними тенденциями в бизнесе.
