Государственное регулирование и саморегулирование в области профессионального спорта

Abstract

Рассматриваются некоторые аспекты саморегулирования и государственного регулирования общественных отношений в сфере профессионального спорта. Особое внимание уделяется современному законодательному регулированию профессионального спорта, в качестве примера приводится опыт Франции. Обосновывается необходимость более точного определения роли государства и установления пределов государственного воздействия в указанной сфере.
