Abstract

Выделяются основные этапы изучения государственно-правового статуса РСФСР. Наиболее активный период изучения РСФСР приходится на 1920-е гг. В советском праве РСФСР определялась как федерация. Основное внимание уделялось изучению автономий. Только в современный период появились разные оценки государственно-правового статуса РСФСР. РСФСР называют и федеративным, и унитарным государством.The main stages of the study of the state-legal status of the RSFSR are highlighted. The most active period of the study of the RSFSR accounts for the 1920ʼs. The RSFSR was defined as a federation in the Soviet law. The focus was on studying of autonomies. There are different estimates of the state-legal status of the RSFSR in modern times. RSFSR called federal and unitary state.
