РАЗРАБОТКА ТЕХНОЛОГИИ ЛОКАЛЬНОЙ ОЧИСТКИ СТОЧНЫХ ВОД ЗАВОДА СИНТЕТИЧЕСКОГО КАУЧУКА

Abstract

Experimental researches have been conducted on selection of the optimal type and dose of a reagent for the wastewater treatment plant producing butadiene-nitrile rubber. The best results were obtained when aluminum sulfate and “Praestol” flocculant were used as coagulants. The authors propose a process flow scheme of the local treatment of wastewaters of the workshop, where butadiene and acrylonitrile copolymerization takes place, as well as for the workshop, where rubber is separated. In optimum conditions, the efficiency of organic contaminant removal is 70-75%.

Проведены экспериментальные исследования по подбору оптимального типа и дозы реагента для очистки сточных вод завода по производству бутадиен-нитрильного каучука. Наилучшие результаты получены при использовании в качестве коагулянта сульфата алюминия и флокулянта «Praestol». Предложена технологическая схема локальной очистки сточных вод цеха, где совершается сополимеризация бутадиена и акрилонитрила, и цеха, где происходит выделение каучука. В оптимальном режиме эффективность удаления органических загрязнений составляет 70-75%.
