Организация на предприятии проектно-ориентированной структуры управления для эффективной реализации корпоративных проектов

Abstract

Рассмотрена возможность реализации перспективных проектов в компании в двух вариантах: путем формирования рабочих групп из сотрудников линейнофункциональных подразделений и формирования матричной структуры проектного управления. На примере создания Сахалинского ЛПУМТ рассмотрен пример реализаии проекта создания нового линейно-производственного подразделения. Показаны сильные и слабые стороны матричной организационной структуры. Даны рекомендации по организации проектного управления в компании, включающие в себя диагностику состояния, изучение корпоративного опыта, обучение персонала, разработку оргструктуры, внедрение программного обеспечения и мотивации менеджеров.

Two ways of the attractive projects implementation are examined: by means of forming of work teams composed of line and staff units workers, and by means of forming of the project management matrix organization. Establishing of the Sakhalin main pipeline operation branch office is shown as an example of a new line and staff unit creation. Matrix organization strengths and weaknesses are shown. Advice on the project management organization in a company is offered, including state diagnostics, corporate experience study, staff training, organization structure development, software implementation and adoption of manager incentive programs.
