Abstract

The article covers theoretical issues of understanding the complex logical-grammatical structures and the mechanisms of decoding of verbal information according to the type of «communication relations». The article presents the results of experimental studies aimed at identifying the characteristics of understanding of the complex speech structures. Primary school children with normal and impaired speech development take part in this experiment. The experimental results allowed identifying a group of children on the level of understanding of the spatio-temporal and causal relationships.
