The article is devoted to the consideration of conceptual organisation of inaugural speech compositional structure in the light of cognitive and pragmatic analysis. In the paper we research constituent elements, reflecting ethnic and cultural realias, idealistic principles, traditional ideological values and national mentality of the society concepts in the composition of inaugural speeches and their pragmatic effect.

Статья посвящена рассмотрению концептуальной организации композиционной структуры инаугурационной речи в свете когнитивно-прагматического анализа. В данной работе мы исследуем составные элементы, отражающие этнокультурные реалии, идеалистические установки, традиционные идейные ценности и национальные ментальные особенности общества концепты в композиции инаугурационных речей и их прагматический эффект.
