Описаны конструктивные свойства трансформационного электронного образовательного пространства и их содержательные интерпретации на примере создаваемой онлайновой системы для сертификации и аккредитации высших учебных заведений в Украине.Describes the design characteristics of the electronic transformation educational space and meaningful interpretation of the example created an online system for certification and accreditation of higher education institutions in Ukraine.
