Развитие рынка рабочей силы как элемент модернизации высокотехнологичного сектора

Abstract

Рассмотрены теоретические подходы и институциональные факторы формирования спроса на специалистов в высокотехнологичном секторе экономики России в связи с принятием Стратегии инновационного развития до 2020 г. Проанализированы ключевые направления развития рынка рабочей силы и факторы, сдерживающие рост производительности труда в высокотехнологичном секторе экономики. Показано влияние инновационной инфраструктуры на конъюнктуру территориального рынка рабочей силы. Предложены институциональные модели партнерства, обеспечивающие диверсификацию структуры регионального рынка рабочей силы и улучшение социальной ситуации в моногородах.
