АТТЕСТАЦИЯ МЕТОДИК ИЗМЕРЕНИЙ И ОЦЕНКА ПРИМЕНИМОСТИ СТАНДАРТНЫХ ОБРАЗЦОВ МАССОВОЙ ДОЛИ ВЛАГИ ДЛЯ КОНТРОЛЯ КАЧЕСТВА ПИЩЕВЫХ ПРОДУКТОВ В ПРОЦЕССЕ ИХ ПРОИЗВОДСТВА, ПЕРЕРАБОТКИ И ХРАНЕНИЯ

Abstract

Представлены результаты межлабораторного эксперимента по оценке метрологических характеристик методик измерений массовой доли влаги и массовой доли азота, а также оценки смещений стандартизованных и экспрессных методов измерений массовой доли влаги и массовой доли азота в пищевых продуктах от Государственного первичного эталона единиц массовой доли и массовой концентрации влаги в твердых веществах и материалах ГЭТ 173-2008 и Государственного вторичного эталона единиц массовой доли и массовой (молярной) концентрации компонентов в твердых и жидких веществах и материалах на основе объемного титриметрического метода анализа ГВЭТ 176-2010.
