Abstract

Рассмотрена концепция первичности социальной эффективности системы здравоохранения как фактора, определяющего экономическую эффективность, и как категории общественного прогресса. Введено понятие социальной результативности системы здравоохранения в сфере охраны репродуктивного здоровья молодёжи, предложена методика её оценки по удовлетворённости потребителей медицинской помощью (в шести аспек­тах по пяти направлениям), «качеству» рождений, поведению молодёжи при потреблении услуг медицинского назначения, медико-гигиенической грамотности молодёжи.

The priority conception of social efficiency ofpublic health as a factor determining economical efficiency and as a category of social progress has been studied. The concept ofsocial effectiveness ofpublic health in the field of reproductive health protection of young people has been introduced, the technique of its assessment by satisfaction of users with medical service (in six aspects by five approaches), the «quality» of birth, behaviour of young people while seeking medical aid, medicohygienic literacy of young people has been proposed.
