Экспериментальная реализация оптического захвата микрочастиц на основе применения бинарного радиального ДОЭ

Abstract

Рассчитан, изготовлен и экспериментально исследован бинарный радиально-симметричный дифракционный оптический элемент (ДОЭ), формирующий световое распределение типа «световая бутылка». Экспериментально реализован оптический захват микрочастиц на основе использования созданного элемента. Показано, что сформированная ловушка может захватывать как прозрачные, так и непрозрачные микрообъекты и удерживать их с силой, достаточной для перемещения в вязкой среде.

The novel binary radial diffractive optical element (DOE) forming light bottle intensity distributions in the zero diffractive order has been designed and experimentally studied. The microparticle's optical trapping is realized by use of manufactured DOE. It is shown that realized light bottle can be used for trapping transparent and non-transparent microparticles in viscous medium.
