Abstract

The authors of the article on the specific customs of the dispute shows that it is often to restore the violated right is not enough to prove its case in court, you must also protect their money from the unjustified punishment. Give advice on how to avoid conflicts resulting from that undermine the rights and legitimate interests of the declarants, and how to protect their rights against unscrupulous actions of customs officials.

Авторы статьи на примере конкретного таможенного спора показывают, что зачастую для восстановления нарушенного права недостаточно только доказать свою правоту в суде, необходимо еще и защитить свои деньги от безосновательного взыскания. Дают рекомендации, как избежать конфликтов, в результате которых ущемляются права и законные интересы декларантов, и как защитить свои права от недобросовестных действий таможенных органов.
