Влияние базисных условий поставки Инкотермс на Международные расчеты с использованием аккредитива

Abstract

Правила Инкотермс 2010 являются удобным инструментом, значительно облегчающим работу над контрактом международной купли-продажи товаров. Аккредитив представляет собой и способ оплаты за купленные товары, и инструмент защиты продавца от неисполнения обязанностей покупателем в части расчета за товар. Может показаться,что между этими инструментами нет прямой взаимосвязи и стороны контракта, при расчетах с использованием документарных аккредитивов, всегда вольны выбирать любой из 11 терминов Инкотермс 2010. Насколько справедливо такое утверждение мы постараемся разобраться в настоящей статье.

Incoterms 2010 are a convenient tool to work easily with international sales contracts.Documentary Credit is a payment method for the goods to be purchased as well as a tool ofseller’s protection against buyer's non-payment. It may seem that these instruments have nodirect relationship and parties to the contract are always free to choose any of the 11 Incotermsin payments by documentary credits. In this article, the author tries to find out how true thisstatement is.
