Abstract

В статье рассматривается ряд социально-психологических особенностей персонала, который влияет на поведение человека в процессе организационной социализации и является основным источником информации относительно успешности первичной адаптации человека на предприятии. Уточняется соотношение таких понятий как организационная социализация и первичная адаптация персонала.

This article describes the set of personnels socialpsychological attitudes which influence on employees behavior during organizational socialization and give prediction about its results. The definitions organizational socialization and newcomer adaptation are clarified.
