Abstract

Comprehensive treatment-preventive therapy with 50 patients who suffer from sensorineural hypoacusis of vascular genesis and who have been divided into 2 groups, the effectiveness of Cocarnit have been assessed. After completion of the course with preventive treatment the group of patients who had been treated by standard therapy + "Cocarnit", according to the data of tone threshold audiometry, positive dynamics of hearing improvement was noticed in the range of low and medium frequencies; the results of brain bioelectrical activity and analysis of rheographic indicators confirmed the decrease of diffuse changes to 16.9% cases more than in the group of patients who had been treated only by standard therapy.
