Обеспечение конкурентоспособности производственных организаций

Abstract

The article dwells on the problem of ensuring competitiveness and increasing efficiency of domestic production organizations. There is justified an importance of a system approach to business management in the field of ensuring quality, and also using provisions of the international quality standards of ISO 9000 as important components of increasing competitiveness of production and enterprise in general. The factors influencing the quailty of organization’s work, presented in the form of the cause-effect diagram, containing the category “quality” in the essence are determined.

В данной статье рассматривается проблема обеспечения конкурентоспособности и повышения эффективности отечественных производственных организаций. Приводится обоснование важности системного подхода к управлению предприятием в области обеспечения качества, а также применение положений международных стандартов качества ISO 9000 как важных составляющих повышения конкурентоспособности продукции и предприятия в целом. Определяются факторы, влияющие на качество работы организации, представленные в виде причинно-следственной диаграммы, в своей сути содержащие категорию «качество».
