Abstract

Library local history materials are historical and cultural sites that are relevant to the conservation and development of the identity of the peoples of the Russian Federation. Saving libraries and broadcasting of local cultural heritage is one of the most important social functions, which is associated with the initiation of the population to cultural values, with the broadcasting of social memory. Library local history materials are a unique sources of information about the social, cultural, domestic features of terrain. Every public library is involving in the collection and preservation of such material. At the same time one of the fundamental tasks of any public library is not only storage, but broadcasting information, providing access to it to any user. Modern computer technology can expand the boundaries of access to library resources, and provide additional opportunities for their preservation and replication. Library possibilities of creation local history sources in computer networks are depends of the level of technical and human resources of libraries. It should be noted that this activity of public libraries in creation local history sources in computer networks is quite new. At this stage, remote access to library local history materials of Tomsk region (except for Tomsk) provided on the websites of libraries of Seversk, Kolpashevo, Strezhevoy, Asino, Krivosheino, Pervomaysky, Kozhevnikovo, Kargasoksky, Tomsk, Molchanovo, Parabel', Zyryansky, Chaino areas. Currently widespread reporting of Library local history materials on the websites of libraries in the format of "business card". But most of all, libraries is seeking to create a local history resource. This resource most often placed in the "Local History" section of web site, where users can use various types of local history materials. There are themed areas such submissions: local history, personalities, literary local history materials, materials of aesthetic local history, ecological local history materials. All this diversity is represented in the form of photographs, full texts, multimedia materials, bibliographies. At this stage of remote local history resources by municipal libraries problems with navigating through the submissions, systematization of one have a place to be. However, libraries to provide access to local history resources which contributes to implementation one the social functions of preservation and transmission of cultural heritage of local importance.

В статье рассматриваются краеведческие материалы публичных библиотек Томской области, представленные в сети Интернет. Показано, что данный формат трансляции краеведческих материалов позволяет библиотекам улучшить качество выполнения таких социальных функций, как приобщение к культурный ценностям, передача социальной памяти. Отмечается, что представление краеведческой информации в компьютерных сетях способствует ее сохранению.
