Abstract

The distinctive features of the corporate leaders in comparison with the group of heads are marked out. The received results are analyzed in a context of the development of the organization, of the formation of the corporate culture.

Выделены отличительные особенности корпоративных лидеров в сравнении с группой руководителей. Полученные результаты анализируются в контексте развития организации, становления корпоративной культуры.
