DBA как инновационная форма подготовки топ-менеджеров

Abstract

The article analyses Russian and international experience in conducting the program “Doctor of business administration”. Much attention is paid to the methodology and typical features of this kind of programs, their main differences from PhD and MBA programs. The analysis of the students’ composition is carried out: their age structure, branch and position structure, as well as their reasons for entering the program and results of their studies. In the article it is argued that the DBA program is in great demand and has become the important element of the business education system in Russia.

Статья раскрывает российский и зарубежный опыт проведения программ «Доктор делового администрирования». Уделено внимание методологии и особенностям этих программ, их отличиям от аспирантуры и программ MBA. Проведен анализ структуры слушателей: их возрастному, отраслевому составу и должностному составу, а также по мотивам поступления и результатам обучения на программе. В статье убедительно показано, что программа DBA пользуется устойчивым спросом и стала важным элементом системы бизнес-образования в России.
