The article presents the results of two decades of the Kemerovo regional organization «Obstetricians-gynecologists Association». Author showed the important role of public health professional organizations in the development of services maternal and child health care in the region, promoting the protection of the rights of doctors, improve of the professional knowledge. It is shown that at the present, there is an objective need for a legal medical databases, harmonization of approaches to diagnosis and treatment, the creation of common clinical protocols and medical professional liability insurance.

В статье представлены результаты двадцатилетней работы Кемеровской региональной общественной организации «Ассоциация акушеров-гинекологов». Представлена важная роль общественных профессиональных медицинских организаций в развитии службы охраны материнства и детства в регионе, в содействии защите прав врачей, повышении уровня профессиональных знаний. Показано, что в настоящее время назрела объективная необходимость создания правовой медицинской базы, унификации подходов к диагностике и лечению, созданию единых клинических протоколов, а также страхованию профессиональной ответственности врачей.
