Abstract

The article is devoted to the definition of a role of psychological components in an assessment of professional culture level of design engineers. In work structural components of professional culture of the design engineers, allowing defining the purpose and problems of formation of professional culture and an assessment of its level are presented. It results in putting in consciousness of the expert readiness for further self-development and increase of level of professional culture. The assessment of level of professional culture of design engineers allows carrying out also diagnostics of a personnel situation at the enterprise for increase of implementation efficiency of personnel programs

Статья посвящена определению роли психологических составляющих в оценке уровня профессиональной культуры инженеров-конструкторов. Представлены структурные составляющие профессиональной культуры инженеров-конструкторов, позволяющие определять цели и задачи формирования профессиональной культуры и оценки ее уровня, что в результате дает основание заложить в сознание специалиста готовность к дальнейшему саморазвитию и повышению уровня профессиональной культуры. Оценка уровня профессиональной культуры инженеров-конструкторов позволяет также проводить диагностику кадровой ситуации на предприятии для повышения эффективности реализации кадровых программ
