Анализируются возможные перспективы гражданского соучастия в принятии и реализации управленческих решений, а также барьеры в процессе соуправления и реализации гражданской активности.In the article on the basis of the analysis of a tipologization of «civil participation»" of Sherry Arnstein the practice of civil management is described realized within the Active Citizen project.
