Abstract

The article provides a list of mandatory requirements of the mechanism of reengineering at all stages of its life cycle. The author emphasizes that the result of reengineering should be acceptable levels of a number of inherent properties, such as properties of the formation mechanism and its components, properties of the deployment of the mechanism, properties of the mechanism function, including the characteristics of the final performance, property of the future projects of the mechanism development, properties of the clotting mechanism. He makes an attempt to create a requirement to the profile experimental economic-organizing mechanism. The main features of the introduced requirements are the following: their non-exemption, objective conditionality, extrapolation to any program of organizational reengineering of the company, dynamism of the requirements. The paper presents a conceptual framework to correlate with the requirements of economic-organizing mechanism of reengineering. The paper concludes the conclusion that the developed conceptual principles determine all stages of the life cycle of economic-organizing mechanism of organizational reengineering to achieve maximum effect from its introduction.

В статье приводится перечень обязательных требований к механизму реинжиниринга на всех этапах его жизненного цикла. Автор подчеркивает, что результатом реинжиниринга должны стать приемлемые уровни ряда неотъемлемых свойств, таких как: свойств формирования механизма и его компонент, свойств развертывания механизма, свойств функционирования механизма, включая характеристики конечной результативности, свойств будущих проектов развития механизма, свойств свертывания механизма. Он делает попытку сформировать требования к профильному исследуемому организационно-экономическому механизму. К основным особенностям введенных требований относятся следующие: их неисключаемость, объективная обусловленность, экстраполируемость на любую программу организационного реинжиниринга предприятия, динамичность требований. В статье представлены концептуальные принципы, коррелирующие с требованиями к организационно-экономическому механизму реинжиниринга. В статье содержится вывод о том, что разработанные концептуальные принципы обусловливают всем стадиям жизненного цикла организационно-экономического механизма организационного реинжиниринга достижение максимального эффекта от внедрения.
