Abstract

Автор развивает новое научное направление управление репутацией, которое является одним из видов социального управления. В статье анализируются конкурентные преимущества, которые получает авторитетная влиятельная компания. Проверенная временем репутация организации рассматривается автором как корпоративный бренд, который приводит к росту ее акций, тем самым увеличивая ее капитализацию.

The author develops a new scientific direction reputation management, which is a type of social governance. The paper analyzes the competitive advantage that the company gets an authoritative influential. The proven reputation of the organization is considered by the author as a corporate brand, which leads to the growth of its shares, thereby increasing its capitalization.
