В статье раскрывается содержание оперативного эксперимента и провокации взятки, проводится сопоставление указанных понятий, а также обосновываются условия правомерности оперативного эксперимента. Кроме того, предлагается авторское видение путей решения проблем, связанных с проведением оперативного эксперимента.
