Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of designing the educational environment of additional vocational education, in accordance with new requirements of the federal state educational standards for vocational training of pedagogues. The development of inclusive educational practice necessitates coordination of training programs and profile (defectological) retraining of pedagogues and optimization of management of educational process for the specified goals. This article shows the problems and contradictions determined by new social and educational conditions for the modernization of the education system, the relevance in identifying new approaches to the training of pedagogues, revision of the functional units, goals and objectives, contents and forms of vocational training, making changes in teaching and methodical support of the educational process. Changing the education paradigm, competent, action and personal approaches have determined qualitative changes in the vocational training of future and practicing pedagogues. According to the authors’ opinion, the most important place in the process of optimization of additional vocational education (AVE) is the organizational modeling of learning process. The authors insist that in order to improve the quality of pedagogues retraining, it is necessary to rely on the concept of problem-based learning of pedagogues as the leading idea. The block-modular principle is implemented in the structuring of educational and thematic plans of AVE programs and the integrative-differentiated principle of the AVE programs allows adapting them for the students of different specializations.
