К вопросу о социально-психологиеском аспекте феномена терроризма

Abstract

This scientific article is devoted to the studies of the scientific phenomenon of terrorism. The article concerns definitions of terrorism, which were provided at various stages of development of legal and juridical thought, modern period included. The author analyzes social factors, determining terrorist manifestations, as well as psychological aspects of the problem. The author singles out typical worldview elements and prerequisites typical for the persons committing terrorist acts. The author pays attention to the psychological specificities of terrorist personality. He also discusses the main directions in the studies of topical issues regarding fighting terrorism.

Данная научная статья посвящена изучению социально-психологического аспекта феномена терроризма. В статье рассматриваются дефиниции терроризма, предложенные на разных этапах развития юридической и правовой мысли, в том числе и современной. Анализируются социальные факторы, детерминирующие террористические проявления, а также психологические аспекты проблемы. Выделяются характерные мировоззренческие составляющие и предпосылки, свойственные людям, совершающим теракты. Рассматриваются психологические особенности личности террориста, а также раскрываются основные направления в исследовании проблем борьбы с терроризмом.
