Abstract

Описываются предпосылки появления образовательной технологии кинокоучинга в практике автора. Обосновывается целесообразность использования не только видео-, но и киноматериалов в процессе обучения. Приводятся причины выбора и использования фильма «Премия» (1974 г.) в качестве материала для проведения кинокоучинга по управленческому анализу в учебных курсах, связанных с изучением теории менеджмента. На примере указанного фильма обозначаются характеристики / факторы, обусловливающие принятие решения об использовании кинолент или их фрагментов при проведении обучающих занятий по менеджменту согласно концепции медиаобразования.The author describes the prerequisites of “coaching through films” educational technology emergence in own pedagogical practice, justifying expediency of using not only video, but also cinematic materials in educational process. The author has presented reasons of decision to use professional drama “Premia” (1974) as a material for implementation of the management review in training courses, associated with management theory. This drama is used to illustrate characteristics, favorable for educational goals, conducive to the adoption of a decision to use other films or their parts for realization of training management lessons in accordance with the media education concept.
