Региональные структуры, обеспечивающие международные и внешнеэкономические связи: пример Чеченской Республики

Abstract

Based on the Constitution of the Russian Federation, presidential executive orders, federal laws, federal governmental regulations, orders of the head of Chechen republic and governmental regulations of Chechen republic and other regulatory enactments, the following article covers work of regional structures providing international and external relations on the example of Chechen republic as one of rapidly developing subjects of the Russian Federation. The main executive bodies of Chechen republic and their authorities are emphasized in the article. The research also considers peculiarities of regional executive bodies’ interaction and field of their competences. The article focuses on key features of cooperation between regional executive authorities of Chechen republic and territorial bodies of federal authority, namely the Representation of Ministry for foreign affairs in Chechen republic.

В данной статье на основе Конституции РФ, Указов Президента РФ, федеральных законов, постановлений правительства РФ, Указов Главы ЧР и постановлении правительства ЧР и других нормативных актов раскрывается деятельность региональных структур, обеспечивающих ведение международных и внешних связей. В качестве примера рассматривается Чеченская Республика, как один из быстро развивающихся субъектов РФ. Статья выделяет основные органы исполнительной власти Чеченской Республики, сферу их компетенции. Исследование также раскрывает особенности взаимодействия региональных органов исполнительной власти и сферу их полномочий. Отображены основные моменты взаимодействия региональных органов исполнительной власти Чеченской Республики с территориальными органами федеральной власти – Представительством Министерства иностранных дел на территории Чеченской Республики.
