Abstract

The article compares chrono-discrete rules on the powers of the pre-revolutionary and modern appeal in civil cases. The author considers the possibility of eliminating errors of the court of first instance in appellate proceedings.

В статье сравниваются хронодискретные нормы о полномочиях дореволюционной и современной апелляции по гражданским делам. Автор рассматривает возможности устранения ошибок суда первой инстанции в ходе апелляционного производства.
