Abstract

Цвет является предметом исследования таких наук, как философия, физика, культурология, психология, искусствоведение и др. Сведения об этом понятии накапливались с древнейших времен по мере расширения культурной и социальной деятельности человека. Неоднократно ставились проблемы восприятия цвета. Было доказано, что помимо физиологического воздействия цвет оказывает на человека и эмоциональное влияние. В разных языках значение слова «цвет» соотносится с такими понятиями, как «разум», «огонь», «предзнаменование», «божественная сила», однако в каждом конкретном языке есть некоторые своеобразные особенности его употребления. Colour is the subject of research for many sciences, such as philosophy, physics, culturology, psychology, art history, etc. The knowledge of this notion has been accumulated since ancient times as the spheres of human activity grew. The problems of the perception of colour were put repeatedly. It was proved that apart from physiological influence, соlour has emotional influence on a person. In different languages the meaning of the word "colour" corresponds to such notions as: "wisdom", "fire", "omen", "God's power", however in every definite language there are some original peculiarities of its usage.
