Abstract

The aim of the article is to find out the essence of authentic existence of Single. For realization of this goal the author uses two main notions of Kierkegaard’s philosophical system “subjective thinker” and “abstract thinker”. The second moment in demonstration of researched problem is presented by the use of a dialectical progression of existential stages: aesthetic, ethical and religious. The main conclusion of the article is a practical slogan Be! This slogan means that a person must not be similar to others, be like others, because he/she is unique. Everyone must live in the present, not in the past or in the future, because only the present moment exists.
