Abstract

The article critically discusses legislative changes to the Criminal code of the Russian Federation introducted with Federal law of October 25, 2013 № 302-FL. Particular attention is paid to issues of social and criminological conditionality and defects of legislative technique counterterrorism novels.

В статье с критических позиций рассматриваются законодательные изменения, внесенные в УК РФ Федеральным законом от 25 октября 2013 г. № 302-ФЗ. Особое внимание уделяется проблемам социально-криминологической обусловленности и дефектам законодательной техники антитеррористических новелл.
