Abstract

Развитие экономики региона, ее положение в национальной и мировой экономических системах находятся в прямой зависимости от структуры общественного производства. Осуществление процессов структурных изменений как для приспособления к меняющимся условиям хозяйствования, так и для стимулирования последующего экономического роста — основные задачи региональной политики структурных преобразований экономики.
