Хирургическое лечение рака прямой кишки с применением сфинктеросохраняющих операций

Abstract

Представлены результаты лечения 58 пациентов, оперированных по поводу рака прямой кишки, обоего пола в возрасте от 34 до 82 лет, перенесших сфинктеросохраняющие операции.Среди оперированных больных наибольший удельный вес составили пациенты с ІІІ стадией заболевания (51,7%) и со II стадией заболевания (32,8%). Индивидуализированная тактика хирургического лечения у больных с раком прямой кишки позволила уменьшить число послеоперационных осложнений сфинктеросохраняющих операций, а также улучшить качество жизни пациентов.

Results of treatment of 58 patients operated on for colorectal cancer in both sexes aged 34 to 82 years who underwent surgery sfi nkterosohranyayuschie. Among patients operated the largest share consisted of patients with stage III disease (51, 7 %) and stage II disease (32, 8%). Individualized surgical treatment in patients with rectal cancer it possible to reduce the number of postoperative complications sfi nkterosohranyayuschih operations, as well as improve the quality of life for patients.
