Abstract

В статье отражены медико-демографические процессы здоровья населения в конце XX и в начале XXI столетия в России. В работе дана оценка медико-демографической ситуации и состояния здоровья населения за последние десятилетия. Статья содержит вопросы движения в городе Казани рождаемости, смертности, естественного прироста и заболеваемости. Выявлены причины депопуляции, так как каждая территория имеет свои социально-экономические условия, для проведения более глубокого анализа в крупном мегаполисе. Полученные данные представляют научный интерес для практического здравоохранения в новых экономических условиях. Показана актуальность изучения проблемы медико-демографических процессов на уровне крупного муниципального образования для составления целевых комплексных программ по охране здоровья населения и управления здравоохранением.

The article describes the medical and demographic processes of public health at the end of XX and beginning of XXI century in Russia. The paper assesses the medical and demographic situation and health status over the past decade. This article contains questions movement in the city of Kazan, births, deaths, natural increase and morbidity. The causes of depopulation, as each area has its own socio-economic conditions for a deeper analysis of a large metropolis. The data obtained are of scientific interest for practical public health in the new economic conditions. The urgency of studying the problems of health and demographic processes at the largest municipalities to compile target complex programs to protect public health and health management.
