Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to evaluate Аnti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) as a clinically relevant marker for the extent of ovarian dysfunction in polycystic ovary syndrome women. Because AMH concentrations were significantly higher in anovulatory patients, compared with ovulatory and correlated well with ultrasound markers associated with ovary syndrome women, AMH may be used as a marker for the extent of the disease.
