Abstract

В современной экономике все более значимая роль отводится информационным технологиям. В статье рассматривается экономическая сторона ИТ-рынка, анализируется вопрос, какова конфигурация ИТ-рынка? Показывается эволюция мировой ИТ-отрасли и место России в этом процессе.
