Abstract

В статье рассмотрен информационный комплекс криминалистически значимых сведений и факторов, образующихся в процессе подготовки, совершения и сокрытия преступлений в сфере потребительского рынка. Совокупность модальных сведений, образующих обстановку совершения преступления рассматриваемого вида, изучаемых на этапах выявления, расследования и раскрытия, позволяет получить объективное представление о совершенном противоправном деянии.

The article deals with information complex of important information and facts generated in the process of preparing, committing and concealment of crimes in the sphere of the consumer market. The set of modal information forming environment of committing a crime of this species studied at the stages of detection, investigation and disclosure, provides a holistic understanding of a wrongful act.
