Abstract

Peculiarities of value orientations of convicts and delinquent adolescents subject to life conditions and ways of living are considered. Soul damages are shown to be worsened by hard living conditions; arising aggression carries destructive tendencies. Immoralism, unrestrained, asocial manifestations form value orientations of criminal elements. At the same time, their value orientations are ambivalent: every asocially oriented criminal or delinquent adolescent appeals not only to values of immoralism but to normative oriented values as well. Relations between being and time in delinquents consciousness are rather syncretic
