Abstract

The problem of professional training of social teachers during the transfer to new sdandards is examined in the article. A need for introduction of social-pedagogical component in the field of education is defined. The model for mastering of professional competence in the area of social-pedagogical activity (in the arrangement of children, teenagers, youth and adults self-help by future social teachers) is presented. The efficiency of the model is proved. of social-pedagogical activity and the ways of its realization by social pedagogues are described in the article. It is shown that approbation of the proposed model under conditions of social-pedagogical education insures the efficiency of preparing social pedagogues for realization social-pedagogical activity.

В статье рассматривается проблема профессиональной подготовки социальных педагогов в условиях перехода на новые стандарты, сущность социально-педагогической деятельности и пути её реализации будущими социальными педагогами. Определена необходимость введения социально-педагогической компоненты в сфере образования. Представлена модель по овладению будущими социальными педагогами профессиональными компетенциями в области социально-педагогической деятельности по организации самопомощи детей, подростков, молодежи и взрослых, доказана её эффективность. Показано, что апробация предложенной модели в условиях психолого-педагогического образования обеспечивает эффективность подготовки социальных педагогов к реализации социально-педагогической деятельности.
