Abstract

The solution to the problem of child abandonment in Russia is possible in the development of the institution substitute parenting. The question of assessing the effectiveness of the replacement of the family is not enough developed. This article include analysis of Institutional and socio-psychological characteristics of foster families and indicators of efficiency of substitute parenting.

Решение проблемы социального сиротства в России возможно при развитии института замещающего родительства. Вопрос оценки эффективности замещающей семьи недостаточно разработан. Анализируются организационные и социально-психологические особенности замещающей семьи и обосновываются показатели эффективности замещающего родительства.
