Abstract

The solution of the problems currently facing the Russian legal system, it is impossible without reference to the global and domestic ideological and theoretical heritage. Most of the ideas, theories and concepts of that time received wide recognition in the work of contemporary scientists. At the same time modern Russian law is not yet fully appreciated and mastered the ideological legacy of the Soviet legal science. One of the most illustrative examples of this lack of evaluation is the work of the outstanding Soviet and Russian theorist of law, doctor of legal Sciences, Professor, Honored worker of science of the Russian Federation Albert Semenovich Pigolkin, which was representative of that generation of scientists, which for nearly half a century was determined by the content, character and direction in domestic law.
