Механизм легализации преступных доходов

Abstract

Economic safety of the state assumes formation of system of counteraction of legalization of criminal incomes through a financial system, getting to legal enterprise sector and posing threat of stability of the state. The reasons and directions of threats of financial stability are defined. The mechanism of washing up of illegally received incomes is opened and model phases are detailed. Directions of legalization of incomes and the control purpose over the financial organizations are detailed.

Экономическая безопасность государства предполагает формирование системы противодействия легализации преступных доходов через финансовую систему, попадающих в легальный предпринимательский сектор и представляющих угрозу стабильности государства. Определены причины и направления угроз финансовой устойчивости. Раскрыт механизм отмывания незаконно полученных доходов и детализированы фазы модели. детализированы направления легализации доходов и цель контроля над финансовыми организациями.
