In this article the problems of legal protection of lands of specially protected natural areas are considered from the point of view of State cadastral registration law. Points at issue of law enforcement practice and difficulties with surface marking of concerned areas in State Immovable Property Cadastre are also considered. The article contain an opinion about possible legal effects in case of such borders are not reflected in State Immovable Property Cadastre.

Рассматриваются вопросы правовой защиты земель особо охраняемых природных территорий с точки зрения законодательства о государственном кадастровом учете. Отражаются спорные моменты правоприменительной практики и сложности, возникающие при закреплении границ рассматриваемых территорий в государственном кадастре недвижимости. Высказывается мнение о возможных правовых последствиях не отражения таких границ в государственном кадастре недвижимости.
