Социальные аспекты институциональной трансформации «Власти-собственности» в постсоветской России

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены особенности функционирования института власти-собственности в постсоветской России. Власть-собственность представляет вполне реальную систему распределения благ, в которой происходит взаимодействие наделенных властью бюрократов с пред-ставит^ями частного бизнеса. Анализируется проблема нелегитимности распределения частной собственности и связанные с ней представления граждан страны.

The article deals with the peculiarities of the institute of power and property in post-Soviet Russia. The powerproperty system is a real distribution of wealth, in which powerful bureaucrats interact with private business. The author discusses the problem of illegitimacy of private property distribution and citizens,ideas on this issue.
