Гематологические и гемореологические показатели у больных флегмонами челюстно-лицевой области: влияние комплексного лечения с реамберином

Abstract

В статье приводятся результаты исследования реологических свойств крови и некоторых гематологических показателей у лиц с флегмонами челюстно-лицевой области до лечения, после оперативного вмешательства и при сочетании операции и лекарственной терапии реамберином. Результаты исследования свидетельствуют, что включение в комплекс послеоперационных мероприятий реамберина существенно улучшает гематологические свойства и способствует более эффективному восстановлению организма больных лиц. Выявлено прямое положительное влияние реамберина на микрореологические свойства эритроцитов, на текучесть крови и ее транспортные возможности. В опытах с инкубацией эритроцитов с реамберином было показано, что препарат обладает прямым микрореологическим эффектом – он повышал деформируемость эритроцитов (на 10 %, p
