Abstract

The studied estimation of the influence new tuberkulostatiс facility Amikol on gematologiсal and biochemical factors of the white rats under long his using in dose 1/20 from LD 50. As a result called on studies have installed that after daily, peros of the entering the preparation white rat in dose 1/20 from LD 50 (200 mg/kgs masses of the body), during 30 day, he did not render the essential influence upon gematologiсal and biochemical factors shelters animal.

Изучена оценка влияния нового противотуберкулезного средства – Амикол на гематологические и биохимические показатели белых крыс при длительном его применении в дозе 1/20 от ЛД 50. В результате проведенных исследований установили, что после ежедневного, перорального введения препарата белым крысам в дозе 1/20 от LD 50 (200 мг/кг массы тела), в течение 30 суток, он не оказывал существенного влияния на гематологические и биохимические показатели крови животных.
